New Soaps!
I've had such a busy week but have managed to get some more soaps painted. Everyone who has seen them seems to think they will be a big hit and I need to get a lot of them painted. I hope they're right!! I can't see my big macho husband washing with snowman soaps for the next 10 years!!!

One Nation.....
Anyone who knows me at all knows that I am a patriotic kind of gal! I love my country and half my house is decorated in Americana decor. I have painted this flag bearing little guy on so many different surfaces...he is one of my favorites. This is painted on a 12x12 ceramic floor tile. God bless America and God bless our troops!

Frosty Snow Shovel
What a productive day this has been! My hubby and I went shopping for fresh produce first thing this morning and came home with lots of goodies.....green beans and ham cooked on the stove all afternoon and they were DELICIOUS!! Add a couple ears of Iowa sweet corn and good old cantelope and you have a meal fit for a queen!! It was wonderful!
I did get something accomplished today besides shopping and eating!! Here is my first effort at painting on an old snow shovel. I've always wanted to try it and see how one would turn out and I really like this! Should have done it years ago!! Will probably add a little "homespun" hanger at the top and it will be ready to hang on someone's front door!
